During the monitoring of social networks, it was found that Mukhar Aasanbaevna Satybaldieva published information on the Facebook platform that could damage the reputation of another candidate in district No. 30 — Yrysbubu Mukambetovna Mondurbayeva.
At the meeting of the Working Group, which addresses issues of informing voters and the rules of campaigning, Satybaldieva herself confirmed the fact of publishing the controversial message on social media.
The CEC Working Group proposed to impose an administrative penalty on M. Satybaldieva in the form of a fine amounting to 125 calculation indicators, which is equivalent to 12,500 soms, according to Article 66 of the Code of Offenses.
