K. Tashmatova, who disseminated this information, explained that she learned about Omurzakov's meeting at the market and shared this news in WhatsApp groups. She claims that she did not realize that her actions could be considered a violation and subsequently deleted the audio message from the group.
As a result of the work of the expert group, it was recommended to impose an administrative fine of 7,500 soms on K. Tashmatova.
