The CEC of the Kyrgyz Republic fined a citizen for violating the conditions of election campaigning

The Central Election Commission carefully studied the information received from the Kara-Kulzhinsky Department of Internal Affairs regarding Batyrebek Zhetimishov, who violated the rules of election campaigning.

As a result of the meeting of the Working Group held on November 3, 2025, a decision was made to hold B. Zhetimishov administratively liable in the form of a fine amounting to 75 calculated indicators in accordance with Article 65 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Based on the proposals of the Working Group, as well as referring to Articles 3, 4, and 8 of the constitutional law "On the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums of the Kyrgyz Republic," Articles 22 and 23 of the law "On the Elections of the President and Deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh," as well as Articles 65, 451, and 455 of the Code of Offenses, the CEC of the Kyrgyz Republic instructed the authorized official to draw up a protocol and impose a fine on B. Zhetimishov in the amount of 75 calculated indicators (7500 soms).

B. Zhetimishov will be notified of the procedure for appealing this decision in accordance with the legislation of the republic.
