Monitoring of social networks, carried out by the Working Group on Voter Information and Compliance with Campaign Rules, revealed that the candidate for the Jogorku Kenesh from district No. 22, Bolot Ibragimov, violated established conditions. This was confirmed by photo and video materials published on the page of the user "Nursultan Bakyt" on the social network "Threads".
As a result, the Working Group recommended imposing an administrative fine of 75 calculation indicators, amounting to 7500 soms, on the representative of LLC "Airsen", Rima Sharshenova, in accordance with Article 65 of the Code of Offenses.
Based on the recommendations of the Working Group, the CEC instructed the authorized official to draw up a protocol on the administrative offense and impose a fine on Rima Sharshenova in the amount of 75 calculation indicators (7500 soms).
