On November 13, the Central Election Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic discussed an incident related to violations of the norms of pre-election campaigning and informing voters.
During the monitoring of social networks conducted by a working group addressing issues of campaigning and informing participants in the electoral process, it was found that the candidate for the Jogorku Kenesh from the multi-mandate constituency No. 22, Bolot Ibragimov, had committed violations, as evidenced by photos and videos posted on his page in the social network Threads.
The working group proposed to hold Rima Melisbekovna Sharshenova, representing the LLC "Airsen," accountable by imposing an administrative fine of 75 calculated indicators in accordance with Article 65 of the Code of Offenses.
Based on the recommendations of the working group, the CEC drew up a protocol on the administrative offense and decided to impose a fine of 75 calculated indicators on Rima Melisbekovna Sharshenova.
