Dear candidates, trusted persons, supporters, and everyone participating in the elections!
The Central Election Commission has begun actions against certain candidates who have violated the legislation. We will not allow bribery of voters, illegal campaigning, or any actions that may tarnish the honor and dignity of other election participants.
It is important to note that the organization of early elections for the deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh is under the personal control of President Sadyr Japarov. He places paramount importance on ensuring that everything proceeds fairly, transparently, and in strict accordance with the law.
I strongly urge candidates and their supporters: campaigning must be conducted only within the framework of the law, with respect for voters and opponents. In case of violations, strict measures will be applied, up to the annulment of the candidate's registration.
No one is above the law. Everyone is equal before it.
The Central Election Commission will act within its powers regarding all who violate the rules — whether it be a candidate, their team, or individuals spreading false information and slander.
I once again appeal to all participants in the electoral process: comply with legislative requirements, respect the citizens' choice, and ensure that this campaign becomes a model of fair political competition.
