Today, November 10, the stage of pre-election campaigning has started in connection with the upcoming early elections of deputies to the Jogorku Kenesh of Kyrgyzstan.

According to the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the Elections of the President and Deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh," campaigning begins from the moment all candidates are registered and ends 24 hours before the voting day.

Due to the fact that the elections are early, the entire process is shortened by one third. This means that the pre-election campaigning will last for 20 days, starting from November 10, 2025, and ending at 8:00 AM on November 29, 2025.
The Central Election Commission has registered 467 candidates to participate in these elections, including 276 men and 191 women.

From November 10, 2025, candidates, political parties, and other interested parties can actively campaign to attract voters to vote for or against candidates, as well as discuss election programs. The main requirement is compliance with election legislation during the campaigning.

Campaigning can be conducted at rallies, meetings, through media and online publications. Election commissions are required to provide opportunities for meetings with voters and campaigning events.

State bodies and local authorities must provide premises and venues for campaigning, using funds from the republican budget, and ensure that these places meet the requirements for holding meetings.

The law on pre-election campaigning includes:

Candidates and political parties have equal conditions for access to the media.

Pre-election campaigning can be conducted in the following ways:

Some categories of citizens are not allowed to conduct campaigning and distribute campaigning materials, including:

It is prohibited to conduct pre-election campaigning in foreign media disseminated in the territory of Kyrgyzstan.
