The lawyer of the CEC reported that singer Samara Karimova announced on her social media about an upcoming meeting of Kalpaev with voters in one of the villages of the Batken region. She also mentioned plans to perform a concert, which contradicts the legislation.
As a result, the working group proposed imposing a fine of 7,500 soms on Kalpaev for this violation. The members of the CEC supported this decision proposed by the working group.
District No. 2 covers the following territories: Kara-Bak, Suu-Bash, Tort-Gul, and Altyn-Beshik rural districts of the Batken region, as well as the cities of Aydarken and Kadamjay, including the Akturpak, Moldoniya, Birlik, Maidansk, Orozbekov, and Iskhak-Polotkhan rural districts of the Kadamjay region.
