The CEC fined the candidate for the ЖК deputies Ergeshov 7500 soms

During the work of the group, it was established that the authorized representative of Ergeshov created a messenger group, in which he reported on the reconstruction of the children's playground and the installation of sewage in the village of Ala-Archa. These works were carried out at the initiative of the candidate, who previously held the position of a deputy of the BGK. The working group recommended imposing a fine of 7500 soms.
The candidate's representative noted that the authorized representative acted without his knowledge and did not have the authority from Ergeshov.
CEC member Kairat Mamatov suggested considering the possibility of imposing a fine on the authorized representative rather than on the candidate himself.
Nevertheless, the CEC members supported the recommendation of the working group and decided to fine Kazybek Ergeshov in the amount of 7500 soms.
