According to information from law enforcement agencies, on November 11, an election campaign banner for this candidate was installed in the village of Kenjekul, located in the Ail district of Ala-Too. However, its placement did not meet the established requirements.
The CEC working group proposed to impose an administrative penalty on Kubanychbekov, specifically a fine of 75 calculation indicators, which is equivalent to 7500 soms, as provided for by Article 65 of the Code of Offenses.
It is important to note that this is not the first case of violation of campaign rules by Ilimbek Kubanychbekov, so the CEC decided to issue him an official warning.
The boundaries of district No. 7 include the villages of Zhany-Maala, Zhiydelik, and Cholpon of the Nariman Ail district (up to the ATR) of the city of Osh, as well as fully encompass the city of Kara-Suu and the Ail districts of Ala-Too, Manas, Joosh, and Otuz-Adyr of the Kara-Suu region.
