According to the Register, on November 4, 2025, information was received at the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Ata District regarding the candidate for deputy K.I. Karabaeva. She, registered in constituency No. 25, announced her intention to participate in the elections and published campaign materials in a WhatsApp group called "Den-sooluk".
This message was registered in the automated information system "Information Accounting Journal" under the number 02-005-2025-007524.
As a result of the conducted investigation, the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Ata District decided not to initiate a criminal case, citing paragraph 2 of part 1 of article 27 of the Criminal Procedure Code, as the elements of the crime were absent.
Constituency No. 25 covers the following areas: the entire microdistrict of Tunguch, residential areas of Rukhiy Muras, Kara-Jyghach, MTU-406 in the Oktyabrsky District of Bishkek; as well as all rural districts of Uzun-Kyr, Jaiylma, Ak-Kuduk, Jeyek, Kochkorbaev, Nurmanbetov, Ken-Bulun, Syn-Tash, and Issyk-Ata, including the city of Kant.
