At polling station No. 1161 in the village of Kok-Zhar, the chairperson of the PEC sent commission members to vote while she herself started calling and instructing how to vote. Other violations were less significant: in some cases, receipts were not printed, voting started late, and different people arrived at different times, for example, one at 08:00, another at 09:00, and someone else at 10:00.
