4.3 million people will be able to vote in the early parliamentary elections

In the upcoming early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh, which will take place on November 30, 2025, 4 million 294 thousand 243 citizens will have the right to vote. The final voter list was published by the Central Election Commission (CEC).

According to information from the CEC, the voter data used to compile the final lists was obtained from the Unified State Register of the Population (USRP). These lists will be posted at 2,492 polling stations by November 25.

The checklist contains the following information about the number of voters:

- Men make up 2,081,514 individuals, accounting for 48.47% of the total.
- Women – 2,212,729, or 51.52%.

By age categories, the distribution is as follows:

- 18 years – 104,693 people (2.44%);
- 19-35 years – 1,707,851 (39.77%);
- 36-45 years – 923,975 (21.52%);
- 46-55 years – 650,851 (15.16%);
- 56-65 years – 528,771 (12.31%);
- Over 66 years – 378,102 (8.80%).

Voters who wish to check their names on the lists can do so by calling 1255 or 119, visiting the polling station, going to the website tizme.gov.kg, or sending an SMS with their PIN code to the number 119.
