"We all know that previous political upheavals and protests often arose from elections. Violations of the electoral process, vote buying, the organization of 'carousel' voting, and insufficient transparency — all of this was part of the system.
However, this must remain in the past! We have introduced electronic vote counting systems at all polling stations, which allows each voter to vote only once, and this will be visible to everyone. We have also established strict control over attempts to buy votes and abuses of office. All conditions for protecting the rights of voters have been created.
Nevertheless, it is important for voters to maintain their honor and conscience. One should not sell their vote for small amounts of money, which one will later regret. Unfortunately, 'there is no herd without a lame sheep,' and such cases may occur. However, the youth should strive for a better future for Kyrgyzstan and not fall for such tricks," the president noted.
