According to the investigation, on October 24, a meeting took place in a café on Kasymaly Bayalynov Street, attended by more than 15 people. It was established that K. S., born in 1980 and intending to participate in the elections for district No. 3 "Kadamdzhai," was conducting agitation, promising material rewards for votes.
The expenses for organizing the meeting amounted to 19,300 soms and were paid from his personal funds.
In connection with this fact, a criminal case was initiated under Article 196 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic "Voter Bribery." All participants of the meeting were taken to the investigative department of the Bishkek City Police, where they provided testimonies about the illegal agitation.
