According to the results of a forensic linguistic examination, his statements contained offensive and discriminatory elements, as well as signs of inciting interethnic hostility.
On November 6, the investigative authorities initiated an additional case under Article 330 "Incitement of racial, ethnic, national, religious, or interregional enmity (hatred)" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The court imposed a preventive measure in the form of arrest for a period of two months. The investigation is ongoing.
