
In Tokmok, an incident occurred involving a driver who, allegedly under the influence of alcohol, caused a scandal in the reception area of the city hospital. He exhibited aggression, insulted medical staff, and even harmed one of the doctors, as well as breaking a window in the facility. This information was provided by the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui region.
The events unfolded on the night of November 2, when around 00:40, a call was received by the police from a medical worker, J.M., born in 1974. She reported the hooligan actions of a man named Azamat, who was grossly violating public order, using obscene language, and broke a window in the reception area of the Central District Hospital.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (hooliganism). In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, a citizen, J.A., born in 1993, was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. Necessary forensic examinations are currently being conducted, and investigative actions are ongoing.
It is worth noting that on the same day, around 00:30, on the "Tokmok – Koshoy" highway, traffic police officers stopped a "Toyota Ipsum" vehicle, driven by the same driver — citizen J.A., who was also allegedly under the influence of alcohol.
After being taken to the hospital for a medical examination, he continued to behave aggressively and disrupt order. As a result of an internal investigation, traffic police inspectors who allowed this incident were held accountable.
