According to the information, on November 2 at 12:30, on the Tokmok—Koshoy highway, officers from the Traffic Police Department of the Chui district stopped a "Toyota Ipsum" vehicle. The driver was a 30-year-old citizen, J.A., who was under the influence of alcohol.
The driver was taken to the territorial hospital in the city of Tokmok for a medical examination. However, while at the facility, he became aggressive, insulted the medical staff, inflicted bodily harm on one of the doctors, and damaged a window in the reception area while using foul language.
The incident was recorded, and an investigative operational group promptly arrived at the scene. The offender was detained and taken to the Tokmok Interior Ministry for further action.
Upon investigation, it was revealed that the doctor, K.A., who was injured, did not file a complaint.
The investigation is ongoing, and a decision will be made based on the results in accordance with the law," the statement noted.
The police clarified that a service investigation has been initiated regarding the inspectors who allowed this incident to occur.
