According to law enforcement agencies, a signal about a mass brawl was received at the Tokmok Internal Affairs Department. An investigative operational group was dispatched to the scene. It was established that an event dedicated to the celebration of Halloween was taking place at the university that day. After its conclusion, a conflict arose among the students; however, no facts of a fight were recorded.
All participants were taken to the Tokmok Internal Affairs Department for further investigation to determine the causes and circumstances of the incident.
Based on the results of the investigation, a corresponding decision will be made in accordance with current legislation.
