According to the provided information, on November 1, a 29-year-old resident of the village of Jinzhigen filed a complaint with the city internal affairs department of Kyzyl-Kiya. He reported that on the same day, around 7:00 PM, unknown individuals stole his cow from the territory of the "Traffic Police Post," valued at 80,000 soms.
This incident was recorded in the electronic log of the Kyzyl-Kiya City Internal Affairs Department, after which a criminal case was opened under the article on livestock theft according to the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational-search activities, three men were detained as suspects: a 37-year-old resident of the village of Karavan, M. U., a 46-year-old resident of the Kadamjai district, M. Zh., and a 35-year-old resident of the village of Töö-Moyun, K. uulu S. All detainees have been placed in a temporary detention facility.
