A criminal case has been initiated in connection with the situation at a school located in the village of Kyzyl-Tuu, in the Sokuluk district of the Chui region.
On October 24, 2025, a post was discovered during monitoring of the social network "Instagram" from anonymous users regarding a potentially dangerous situation at one of the schools in the village of Kyzyl-Tuu. This information was forwarded to the Main Internal Affairs Department of the Chui region.
The post reported regular instances of extortion and intimidation occurring among students at the Kyzyl-Tuu secondary school. It was mentioned that high school students demand money from younger students, and in case of refusal, they resort to physical or psychological pressure.
The fact was registered in the established manner, and an investigation was initiated in this regard.
During the investigation, written statements were received by the internal affairs authorities of the Sokuluk district from three residents of the village of Kyzyl-Tuu: S.Zh., K.G., and A.Z., all born in 1988. These statements were also registered in accordance with the legislation.
As a result of this incident, a criminal case has been opened on the grounds of a crime provided for by Article 208 ("Extortion") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Currently, investigative activities are ongoing. After their completion, a legal assessment will be given to the actions of those responsible, and an appropriate procedural decision will be made.
