As a result of the incident, the driver, a resident of the Tyup district born in 1967, was killed.
The moment of the accident was captured on video by witnesses.
According to information from the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Kul region, on October 31, 2025, a resident of the Tyup district, B.M.Z., was driving a "Toyota Alphard" and was traveling along the Balykchy-Ananyevo-Karakol highway. At the 204th kilometer, he lost control, veered off the road, and crashed into a tree.
As a result of the accident, one person died, and five others sustained various injuries.
The accident was recorded in the electronic log of the Tyup District Internal Affairs Department, and investigative authorities have begun an inquiry into the incident.
