According to available data, the driver, born in 1989, was operating a "Daimler Benz 313" vehicle owned by the LLC "Liberty-Med." He was traveling along 7 April Street heading north when he hit a man, born in 1957, who was crossing the road at a pedestrian crossing.
The injured man was immediately taken to the intensive care unit, where doctors diagnosed him with a severe traumatic brain injury and a concussion. Despite all efforts by the medical staff, the man passed away without regaining consciousness.
An investigation is currently underway to determine all the circumstances of the incident.
