According to information received from the Patrol Police Department of the Bishkek City Police, the underage driver did not have a license and took the car without his parents' permission.
Currently, all necessary examinations have been appointed to clarify the circumstances of the accident.
The Patrol Police Department once again appeals to parents: do not allow minors to drive cars and keep a close watch on your children.
This is not the first incident involving underage drivers. Earlier, at the intersection of Abdrahmanov and Bokonbaev Streets, a 16-year-old teenager driving a Toyota Camry crashed into a Lexus RX 330, after which he drove onto the sidewalk and hit four pedestrians, resulting in the death of a 13-year-old boy and serious injuries to three others.
