When the car was being delivered to the impound lot, the driver managed to escape. During the getaway, he drove onto the bypass road Bishkek-Naryn-Torugart, where, ignoring the demands of law enforcement, he collided with a Mitsubishi Pajero at the 90th kilometer and knocked down a patrol police officer, causing him injuries.
At the moment, the incident has been registered, and a criminal case has been initiated under Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Hooliganism).
Z.A. was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. For the case, forensic legal examinations have been appointed, and the vehicle has been placed in a specialized impound lot. The investigation is ongoing, and the actions of the detainee will be assessed from a legal standpoint, after which a lawful decision will be made.
