The tragedy occurred on October 28, 2025, at 04:00 on Shabdan-Baatyr Avenue in Bishkek, where a minor driver, born in 2008, crashed a "Toyota Sienna" into an electric pole. This was reported by the press service of the Emergency Situations Ministry of the city.
As a result of the collision, two passengers died at the scene of the accident: Z.N., born in 2008, and A.N., born in 2007. The driver, who sustained various injuries, was urgently taken to the hospital.
According to information from the Bishkek City Police Department, this incident has been registered in the logbook, and an initial investigation is currently underway, with necessary examinations appointed.
Representatives of the press service of the Emergency Situations Ministry noted that the teenager was driving the vehicle without parental permission and did not have a driver's license. Law enforcement agencies once again urged parents to monitor their children and prevent situations where minors gain access to vehicles.
