A minor took the car without parental consent
According to media reports, a serious incident occurred in Bishkek on Shabdan Baatyr Avenue.
On October 28, around 4 a.m., a 15-year-old schoolboy S. B., born in 2008, lost control while driving a Toyota Sienna and crashed into a power pole opposite the CHPP. As a result of the accident, the passengers of the vehicle died at the scene: 15-year-old Z. N. and 16-year-old A. N., born in 2008 and 2007, respectively. The driver sustained injuries and was taken to the hospital.
It has been established that the teenager, lacking a driver's license, took the car without his parents' knowledge.
In connection with the incident, examinations have been appointed, and an investigation is underway.
