On the Bishkek-Osh Road, 4 Cars Collided - 2 People Died, Including Young Children Among the Injured

A serious accident occurred on the Bishkek–Osh highway, resulting in the deaths of two people and injuries to four others.

According to eyewitness accounts, the incident happened on October 29 at around 4:00 PM on the 145th kilometer of the Bishkek–Osh road, which runs through the Suusamyr Valley.

Preliminary data indicates that the driver of a DAF truck, 25-year-old E.Zh.R., lost control. He collided with a Chevrolet Orlando, driven by 47-year-old K.G.O. After the impact, the truck veered into the oncoming lane and crashed into a Honda Stepwgn, operated by 58-year-old K.A.M.

As a result of this collision, the Chevrolet Orlando lost control and struck a Chinese vehicle, driven by 42-year-old K.N.E.

Unfortunately, the passengers of the Honda Stepwgn—a woman of Asian descent, presumably aged 20-25, and 27-year-old K.Zh.—died at the scene.

Four other injured individuals, including 55-year-old Ch.S., 28-year-old A. kyzy P., as well as two children born in 2022 and 2024, were hospitalized at the Jaiyl District Hospital.

An investigation is underway to establish all the details of the incident.
