According to information from law enforcement agencies, the first collision occurred on October 30 at 15:50 at the 78 km mark of the Osh–Sary-Tash–Irkeshtam road, in the village of Zhylyu-Suu in the Aksy district. The car "Audi 80," driven by 68-year-old R.K., veered into the oncoming lane and collided with a truck "JIEFANG," driven by S.A. from the Jalal-Abad region.
Preliminary data suggests that the driver of the passenger car suffered a cardiac arrest while driving. As a result of the accident, the driver of the "Audi" and three of his passengers — Ch.A., Ch.G., and R.E. — died at the scene. Later, another passenger, G.T., passed away in the intensive care unit of the Aksy district hospital. Among the deceased were a mother, daughter, son-in-law, and a relative of the driver.
The second accident occurred a few hours later, on the night of October 31, approximately at 01:15, at the 67 km mark of the Osh–Sary-Tash–Irkeshtam highway, near the village of Tash-Koroo. At the Chiyyrchyk pass, a truck "HOWO" collided with a passenger car "Tesla Model 3".
As a result of this incident, five men in the passenger car were killed. Local residents reported that they were returning from a funeral that took place in the village of Zhylyu-Suu and were close friends and relatives. Preliminary reports indicate that all of them were born in 1992.
Rescue workers from the Aksy district department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations arrived at the scene. They extracted the truck driver E. uulu A., who was injured and taken to the hospital. The bodies of the deceased were handed over to law enforcement representatives.
The causes and circumstances of both incidents are currently being investigated.
