According to their information, on October 8, a citizen identified as E. M., born in 1962, filed a complaint with the Internal Affairs Department of the Kara-Suu district. He reported that between October 5 and 6 of this year, an unknown person secretly stole 195,000 soms in cash and jewelry (rings, chains, earrings, bracelets, etc.) from his home, totaling 1,211,000 soms. As a result, the complainant suffered material damage amounting to approximately 1,406,000 soms.
This fact was registered, and a preliminary investigation was initiated. Based on the collected materials, a criminal case was opened under Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic ("Theft"), and operational investigative measures were started.
As a result of the operational-search activities conducted by the employees of the Internal Affairs Department of the Kara-Suu district, a suspect in the commission of the crime, identified as A. Zh., born in 1998, was detained, and on October 30 of this year, he was taken into custody by the district court.
During the investigative actions, it was established that the suspect A. Zh., continuing his criminal activities, secretly stole 66,500 soms in cash and one gold ring worth 15,000 soms from the home of a resident of Kara-Suu, identified as K. A., on October 27.
Currently, operational-search activities are being conducted to establish the suspect's involvement in other crimes.
