Information about a 26-year-old resident of Kant, who became a victim of assault, was received by the police from a medical institution in the Issyk-Ata district on October 20. The young man was hospitalized with a diagnosis of: concussion, contused wound, and closed fracture of the lower jaw.
The attack occurred at 11 PM on October 19 in one of the villages of the Issyk-Ata district. According to the investigation, the attacker is a local resident.
The case has been registered under Article 131 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the infliction of less serious harm to health.
The suspect, born in 2003 and known as M.B., was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. Subsequently, the Issyk-Ata District Court decided to release him under house arrest.
Currently, the investigation is ongoing.
