A resident of the capital reported to law enforcement on February 12, claiming that in that month he transferred 8 million 500 thousand soms, trusting promises of delivering a car from abroad. Unfortunately, he was deceived.
This incident was recorded under Article 209 ("Fraud") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The suspect, A.E., born in 1982, was placed in a temporary detention facility.
