According to information provided by the press service of the Drug Control Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on October 27, during the raid on Usenbaeva Street, minors consuming alcohol were discovered, as well as other visitors using narcotic substances.
The minors were handed over to the youth affairs inspector of the Sverdlovsk District Internal Affairs Directorate, and their parents were summoned for clarification.
In addition, the administration of the establishment also bore responsibility for the incident.
