Neighbors claim that the cause of the conflict was domestic disagreements between the two men.
The negotiations with the suspect were conducted by the head of the Lenin District Department of Internal Affairs, Azamat Baigaziev, who convinced the man to surrender. After that, he was detained and sent to a temporary detention facility.
At the scene of the incident, law enforcement authorities confiscated a double-barreled hunting rifle without any identifying marks, as well as a pneumatic weapon and two cartridges. Fortunately, no one was injured.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under the article "Hooliganism" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Investigative actions are ongoing.
