According to her, the incident occurred on October 27 at around 11:40 at the intersection of Turusbekov and Pushkin streets, when an unfamiliar man, later identified as N. B., born in 1978, approached her.
She described the situation as follows: "He started insulting me and demanding that I leave the parking space. I asked him, 'Why are you talking to me like that?' – to which he responded with punches. He hit me in the face several times, and I flew back," Nazira recounted.
After that, she called the police, who responded quickly. The woman also went to the Lenin District Police Department and underwent a medical examination.According to doctors, she is currently under observation in the hospital with injuries, experiencing severe pain in her jaw, as well as suffering from dizziness and nausea.
She also noted: "This is not just physical pain. It is a deep emotional trauma from humiliation, fear, and the realization that any person can become a victim of aggression even on the most ordinary day, completely without reason and protection."
In the Lenin District Police Department of Bishkek, Kaktus.media confirmed that a statement had been received from N. T. requesting action against the attacker.
Additionally, citizen B. N. also filed a complaint against N. T., claiming that she caused him bodily harm.Both statements have been registered in the established manner, and necessary examinations have been appointed. Depending on their results, procedural actions will be taken in accordance with the law, the department added.
