The incident was recorded on October 30 at around 14:50, when the police received a report that someone was threatening another person with a firearm on Bazar Street. As a result, two shots were fired.
The victim, E. B., later approached the police, stating that his neighbor had begun to behave aggressively without any apparent reason, threatening him with the words "I'll shoot you," and indeed fired several shots in his direction.
Based on this fact, a criminal case was initiated under the article "Hooliganism." The suspect, 49-year-old D. N., was detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek. During a search, a hunting double-barreled shotgun of unknown make, a pneumatic weapon, and two cartridges were found in his possession.
