In the footage, a man is seen behaving aggressively, loudly shouting insults and striking a medical worker on the street. Meanwhile, the traffic police officers nearby merely pulled him aside without making any attempts to calm the troublemaker. They responded rudely to their colleagues' remarks.
According to the press service of the Traffic Police of the Chui region, the incident took place around 00:30 on November 2 on the Tokmok — Koshoy highway, when officers stopped a Toyota Ipsum vehicle driven by 30-year-old Zh.A. Due to suspicions of alcohol intoxication, he was taken to the Tokmok hospital for testing.
At the medical facility, the man began to behave inadequately: he insulted the medical staff, struck a doctor, and broke a window in the reception area. After that, an investigative operational group from the Tokmok police was called, and the offender was taken to the police station.
The injured doctor refused to file a complaint. An investigation is currently underway, and a service inquiry has been initiated regarding the traffic police officers.
