“He hit me in the face several times, and I flew back”
A resident of Bishkek shared on social media how a stranger assaulted her during the day on the street. This incident occurred on October 27 at 11:40 in a parking lot on Turusbekov and Pushkin streets.
According to the woman, an unknown man approached her and began to insult her, demanding that she leave the parking space. When she asked him why he was behaving that way, he responded with physical force. “He hit me in the face several times so hard that I flew back. As a result, I am now in the hospital with injuries, experiencing severe pain in my jaw, and I find it difficult to speak and swallow. I have constant dizziness and nausea. But physical pain is not everything. There is also the psychological trauma from humiliation, fear, and the realization that at any moment a woman can become a victim of violence—without reason and without protection,” she shared.
She also called the police to the scene, which responded promptly. The woman filed a report and underwent a medical examination.
It is worth noting that according to some reports, the man whom the woman accused of the attack has filed a complaint against her.
