In fact, on March 14, 2025, a report was received at the Tokmok City Department of Internal Affairs from local resident K. M., born in 1988. She reported that in 2019 she purchased a house from I. R. with the condition of phased payment, but the ownership has not yet been formalized, despite full payment.
In connection with this, a criminal case was initiated under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic "Fraud." During the investigation, I. K. (born in 1952) and I. R. (born in 1977) were detained in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The court imposed a preventive measure: I. R. was placed in custody, while I. K. was placed under house arrest. The materials of the case have been sent to the Tokmok City Court for further consideration.
Additionally, during the investigation, other individuals were identified who are likely involved in this crime: T. S., D. M., and U. A. Separate materials have been allocated for these individuals, and a criminal case has also been initiated under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. U. A. (born in 1998) and T. S. (born in 1981) were detained and placed in custody. D. M. is currently receiving medical treatment, and an assessment of her actions will be made after her recovery.
Investigative actions are ongoing. The Department of Internal Affairs urged citizens to refer only to official sources of information and reminded them of the legal responsibility for spreading false information.
