On January 19, a report was received at the Internal Affairs Department of the Alamudun District from a resident of the village of Lugovoe. She reported that her acquaintance had sold 17 heads of livestock without her consent between January 7 and January 19.
This incident was registered under Article 210 ("Embezzlement or Misappropriation of Entrusted Property") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational activities, the suspect I.A., born in 1988, was detained. The court decided to place him in custody.
During the investigative actions, it was revealed that the detainee did not have a passport or other documents confirming his identity. He has repeatedly introduced himself under various names.
