According to information from the police, on January 19, a woman named T.Ch. reported a fraud case to them. She stated that an unfamiliar person, calling himself "A," sold 17 heads of livestock belonging to her without her consent from January 7 to January 19 and then disappeared.
Based on this fact, a criminal case was initiated under the article "Embezzlement or misappropriation of entrusted property" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational-search activities, a 35-year-old suspect, I.A., was detained. He is currently in a temporary detention facility, and the court has chosen a preventive measure in the form of detention.
The investigation revealed that the detainee does not have any documents proving his identity and intentionally uses different surnames to confuse the investigative actions.
