The Ministry of Internal Affairs received information about the suspicious activities of the companies "SkyWay" and "Sky World Community." According to available data, their leaders may be involved in the creation of a financial pyramid.
As a result of operational-search activities conducted by the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, it was revealed that representatives of the mentioned companies were actively attracting citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, promising them participation in a large-scale investment project for the construction of so-called "sky bridges" between Bishkek and Osh. People were offered to invest money with the promise of high returns.
To create the appearance of real investments, participants were provided with a mobile application that showed fictitious growth of their investments. In reality, this data had no financial backing, and all funds received from citizens were directed to the organizers of the scheme for personal enrichment.
In connection with this situation, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 221 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the organization of financial pyramids.
During the investigative actions, the curator of the company, an individual entrepreneur born in 1973, who was one of the key organizers of the illegal activities of "SkyWay" and "Sky World Community," was identified and detained. A preventive measure in the form of detention has been chosen against the detainee.
Currently, the Ministry of Internal Affairs continues to receive appeals from citizens who have been affected by the actions of this financial pyramid.
