During the investigation conducted by the Main Department for Combating Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, it was revealed that representatives of these companies were actively attracting citizens by promising them participation in a large-scale investment project related to the construction of "sky bridges" between Bishkek and Osh. Potential investors were offered to invest money with the promise of high returns.
To create the appearance of real investment activity, participants were provided with a special mobile application that showed the growth of their investments. However, this data had no financial basis, and all funds collected from citizens were directed to the organizers of the scheme and used for their personal interests.
As a result of the investigation, the investigative service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic initiated a criminal case under Article 221 of the Criminal Code, which pertains to the organization of financial pyramids.
During operational activities, one of the key figures of the company, I.P., born in 1973, was detained. She played an important role in organizing the activities of "SkyWay" and "Sky World Community." A preventive measure in the form of detention has been chosen against her.
