According to the agency's information, as part of the fight against organized crime, SCNS officers detained three citizens: K.N.K., S.D.S., and S.B.D. All of them had previously encountered legal issues related to serious crimes.
As a result of the investigative actions, it was established that the detainees acted with the support of individuals close to the criminal authority Kamchi Kolbaev and were involved in extortion, blackmail, and intimidation of Kyrgyz citizens working in Russia.
All three detainees were transported to Bishkek and placed in the SCNS detention center.
