It became known that in November 2023, D. A. K. and one of the judges, acting together, extorted $10,000 from Y. M. M. (who is a relative of the defendant A. D. M.) for assistance in obtaining a favorable court decision. As a result, Y. M. M. handed over 480,000 soms to D. A. K., which constituted part of the agreed amount. However, the desired outcome was not achieved, and the defendant was sentenced.

D. A. K. has been placed in the pre-trial detention center No. 21 of the State Penitentiary Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic. The investigation is currently ongoing.
