During the court hearing, it was established that officials from the Datkin rural council of the Kara-Suu district, in violation of the law, unlawfully allocated land plots for individual housing construction among 589 citizens, failing to register the corresponding decisions and not conducting the necessary land transformation procedures.
Some citizens were issued state acts for private ownership based on these illegal decisions.As a result, the decisions to allocate 41 land plots of 0.06 hectares each to the aforementioned citizens were declared invalid. According to the court's decision, the agricultural land plot with a total area of 2.46 hectares has been returned to state ownership.
