Later, a building was constructed on this site, which now houses the art gallery.

As a result of actions taken by the GKNB, S.A.M. agreed to return the property to the state. The building is now under the balance of the Naryn Regional Historical and Ethnographic Museum named after Kaken Mambetaliev.

The GKNB reports that work to identify and return properties that were illegally privatized from state ownership is ongoing.
