It was also found that some local government officials illegally allocated these lands to certain individuals for agricultural use, ignoring the necessary official procedures. As a result, rental payments were not made to the state, and work on accounting for unregistered lands into municipal or state ownership was not conducted.
The return of these lands to the "State Fund for Agricultural Lands" will create opportunities for expanding the areas cultivated by local residents, which in turn will contribute to improving food security in the region.
