According to law enforcement information, representatives of these companies actively attracted citizens by promising them participation in a large investment project for the construction of "sky bridges" between Bishkek and Osh, enticing them with promises of high profits.
To create the appearance of legitimate investments, participants were offered a mobile application that allegedly demonstrated the growth of their investments. However, in reality, this data had no financial basis: all funds collected within the scheme were directed to the organizers and used for their personal interests.
In this regard, the investigative service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has initiated a criminal case under Article 221 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the organization of financial pyramids.
During the operation, the curator of the company, I. P., born in 1973, was detained, who, according to the investigation, is one of the key organizers of the illegal activities of SkyWay and Sky World Community. The court has chosen a preventive measure in the form of arrest for the detainee.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs emphasized that any information provided by citizens could play an important role in the comprehensive investigation and in holding those responsible accountable.
