In Kyrgyzstan, the organizer of a financial pyramid operating under the brand "SkyWay" has been detained, as reported by the country's Ministry of Internal Affairs. Following information received about the activities of the companies "SkyWay" and "Sky World Community," law enforcement began an investigation, as their leaders are suspected of organizing a financial pyramid.
According to available information, representatives of these companies actively attracted citizens in Kyrgyzstan, promising participation in a large-scale investment project for the construction of "sky bridges" between Bishkek and Osh. Investors were offered to invest money with the promise of significant returns.
To create the appearance of real investments, a mobile platform was developed that demonstrated fictitious growth of the invested funds. However, it turned out that these figures had no real financial backing, and all collected funds were used by the organizers for personal needs.
The investigative authorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic initiated a criminal case under Article 221 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which pertains to the organization of financial pyramids.
During the conducted activities, the curator of the company, born in 1973, was identified and detained, who was considered one of the main organizers of the illegal activities of "SkyWay" and "Sky World Community." A preventive measure in the form of arrest was chosen for the detainee.
Currently, the Ministry of Internal Affairs continues to receive statements from citizens who have been harmed by the actions of this financial pyramid.
